About 360 Biomed

Built around one number: the whole circle of a device's working life

360 Biomed exists to look after medical devices across the stages that usually get split between different suppliers — deployment, in-service support, movement, storage and back again. The name reflects that full circle: rather than picking up at one stage of a device's life, we stay involved across all of them.

We're centrally based in Redditch, Worcestershire, bringing an established engineering heritage together under a new identity built around that wider scope. Biomedical engineering, asset management, storage and dedicated transport sit under one roof, backed by an awareness of the regulatory landscape our customers operate in.

That combination is deliberate. A device that changes hands between an engineering contractor, a courier and a storage provider picks up gaps in traceability along the way. Keeping those responsibilities together is how we close them.

Why 360 Biomed

Formed to close the gap between engineering, quality and logistics

Medical device support is usually split across several providers — an engineering contractor here, a logistics partner there, a compliance consultant somewhere else. 360 Biomed was formed to bring that responsibility under one roof.

Our leadership team came together from complementary corners of the sector: commercial and engineering experience on one side, deep quality and regulatory systems expertise on the other. Rather than build another single-discipline supplier, we combined those backgrounds into one accountable service, built on an established engineering heritage carried forward under a new identity.

For our customers, that means a single point of contact for engineering, storage, transport and compliance — one team to brief, not several contracts to reconcile.

  • Commercial & engineering leadership

Decades spent across commercial, technical and biomedical engineering roles in the medical device sector.

  • Quality & regulatory systems

Lead-auditor experience of ISO 13485, and a track record of building quality management systems and UK MDR technical files.

  • Full lifecycle scope

An established engineering heritage, carried forward under a new identity built around the whole life of a device rather than one stage of it.

Why choose 360 Biomed

What that looks like for the people relying on the device

Every engagement is judged by the same measure: does it make a device easier to keep working, tracked and compliant. In practice, that comes down to a handful of things.

  • Combined expertise

Commercial, engineering and quality specialists working from the same brief, rather than separate suppliers translating between each other.

  • Full lifecycle scope

Engineering, storage, transport and compliance sit under one roof, with project management wrapped around every engagement.

  • Traceability & tracking

Careful handling of devices, using both passive and active tracking technologies to give visibility of location and condition.

  • Regulatory awareness

Experience of the medical device regulatory landscape, including ISO 13485, UK MDR 2002, MDD 93/42/EEC and MDR 2017/745.

  • Nationwide support

Field-based engineering and dedicated transport reaching customers and devices across the UK from a central Midlands base.

  • Bespoke, long-term partnership

Every engagement documented, validated and signed off before launch, built around lasting relationships rather than one-off transactions.
